Hong Kong, the Jerusalem of New China

In his live broadcast, Miles Guo insisted that Hong Kong is the Jerusalem of New China! His definition was recognised internationally, especially those Whistle-blower Movement comrades. They admired Hong Kong wholeheartedly, actively spreading the truth about Hong Kong and to stand with the people of Hong Kong.

American Mom sang the Cantonese classic song 《

(Wide Sea, Open Sky) is a well-known song in the Cantonese community, especially to the people in Hong Kong. The song was composed and sang by 黃家駒(Koma Wong Ka Kui,10 Jun 1962 to 30 Jun 1993). The content of the song is talking about the wish to pursue freedom. The Hong Kong people used this as one of their war cry songs when protesting against the blatant violation of the Sino British Joint Declaration by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) .

(Wide Sea, Open Sky)

Today I saw snow drifting through the cold night sky

Lost in the chill, my heart drifted off to faraway places

Catching up with the wind and the rain,
unable to tell the shadows apart from the fog

Under the wide sea open sky, you and me, will we change?

I have faced ridicule and indifference countless of times

But I have never given up on my hopes or ideals

A moment of absentmindedness,
and I felt as if something was missing

Without realising it,
the feelings of love in my heart dimmed

Forgive me for indulging in my freedom all my life

Even though I am afraid one day I will stumble and fall

To abandon one’s hopes and dreams is easy to do

But I am not afraid if one day there is only you and me

Today I saw snow drifting through the cold night sky

Lost in the chill, my heart drifted off to faraway places

Catching up with the wind and the rain,
unable to tell the shadows apart from the fog

Under the wide sea open sky, you and me, will we change?  ······ [Read more] “American Mom sang the Cantonese classic song 《海闊天空》”
